I’m just like you, but I got lucky and stumbled into the amazing world of digital marketing! Here is my story...

As a kid...

From a young age, I was always inquisitive and brimming with creativity. I loved exploring new ideas, whether it was through imaginary play, creating art, or spending hours trying to finish a challenging puzzle. My curious nature often led me to ask countless questions, seeking to understand the world around me in greater depth. This innate curiosity and creativity were the seeds that later blossomed into a passion for marketing and digital innovation. Little did I know that these early traits would pave the way for a dynamic career in the ever-evolving digital landscape. This insatiable curiosity laid the foundation for my future entrepreneurial spirit.

Then the entrepreneurship bug bit me...

My passion for entrepreneurship continued to flourish as I entered college, majoring in communications. During those years, I dove into photography, journalism, event planning, and honed my marketing skills. Fresh out of college, I embarked on my career with a marketing role at a renowned shoe company, where I truly grasped the essence of branding. A move into sales followed, teaching me the art of selling myself as much as my product. The turning point came when I took on a director role, helping start-up companies partner with Venture Capitalists to raise funds. It was here that I fell in love with the entrepreneurial way, igniting a fire that would shape my future endeavors.

Then I tried all the things that, well, didn't work...

Like many aspiring entrepreneurs, I faced my fair share of failures. I launched an online store selling sweatshirts, but it never took off. I did okayish in blogging, but the money wasn’t worth the amount of time it took to create and the paid ads were minimal on my website. I started a closet edit business with a friend, helping curate wardrobes for women, but this didn’t work for my schedule as a busy mom of three. These setbacks were disheartening, but they taught me invaluable lessons about resilience and adaptability. Each failure, though painful, was a stepping stone that provided me with critical insights and skills.

My biggest success has definitely been in the social selling space, but I realized my passion was more about helping others succeed in a space that I already knew pretty well. This lead me to diving deeper into the digital marketing world.

Finally, I cracked the code!

During this time, I discovered a true passion for helping smaller brands enhance their social media presence and drive market growth. This passion soon became a professional calling. I started with a free webinar on social media marketing that piqued my interest. I then invested in comprehensive courses covering SEO, social media marketing, email campaigns, and pay-per-click advertising. I immersed myself in learning everything I could about these strategies. I realized the power of digital marketing to reach a vast audience and convert interest into sales. I gained peers in this space and was eager to share in the success many of them were having. This success story was not just a fluke; it was the result of strategic planning, consistent effort, and leveraging the right tools. And during all this, I found my true calling.

Today, my goal is to share my knowledge and help others succeed.
